Kambing lokal betina sebanyak 12 ekor yang berumur antara 4-6 bulan dengan kisaran berat badan ternak 9-13kg, dengan rataan 10,5kg dan koefisien variasinya14,76%. Metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 kelompok perlakuan dan masing-masing terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan tersebut yaitu: P<sub>0</sub>=Rumput lapangan+konsentrat tanpa tepung bonggol pisang, P<sub>1</sub>=Rumput lapangan+konsentrat mengandung 10% tepung bonggol pisang, P<sub>2</sub>=Rumput lapangan+konsentrat mengandung 20% tepung bonggol pisang, P<sub>3</sub>=Rumput lapangan+konsentrat mengandung 30% tepung  bonggol pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; konsumsi  protein kasar P<sub>0</sub>=97,62±4,21g/e/h  P<sub>1</sub>=105, 14± 5, 15g/e/h  P<sub>2</sub>=109,15±5,32g/e/h P<sub>3</sub>=103, 43±0,89g/e/h konsumsi lemak kasar  P<sub>0=</sub>17,07±0,73g/e/h P<sub>1</sub>=18,44±0,66g/e/h P<sub>2 </sub>=18,89±0,88g/e/h P<sub>3</sub>=18,03±0, 89g/e/h kecernaan protein kasar P<sub>0</sub>=71,27±2,38% P<sub>1</sub>=75,51±11,78% P<sub>2</sub>=78,00 ±14,84% P<sub>3</sub>=77,29±2,15% kecernaan lemak kasar P<sub>0</sub>=30,26±8,53% P<sub>1</sub>=30, 77±8,69% P<sub>2</sub>=31,41±7,39% P<sub>3</sub>=35,75±2,07%. Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata <em>(P>0,05).</em> Kesimpulan: pemberian pakan konsentrat mengandung tepung bonggol pisang hasil fermentasi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata antar perlakuan terhadap konsumsi protein kasar, konsumsi lemak kasar dan kecernaan protein kasar, kecernaan lemak kasar ternak kambing lokal betina.</p> <p>This study aims to determine the effect of concentrated feed containing banana weevil fermented yeast <em>Saccharomyeces cerevisiae</em> on consumption and di gestibility of crude protein and crude fat of local female goat. Female local goat were 12 animal aged between 4-6 month with a range of body weight of 9-13kg, with an average of 10.5kg and a variance coefficient of 14.76%. Completely Randomized Design Method (CRD) with 3 treatment group and each consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments are: P<sub>0</sub>=field grass+ concentrate without banana weevil flour P<sub>1</sub>=field grass+concentrate containing 10% banana weevil flour, P<sub>2</sub>=field grass+concentrate containing 20% ​​banana weevil flour, P<sub>3</sub>=field grass+concentrate containing 30% banana weevil flour. The results showed that; consumption of crude protein P<sub>0</sub>=97.62±4.21g/e/h P<sub>1</sub>=105.14±5.15g/e/h P<sub>2</sub>=109. 15±5.32g/e/h  P<sub>3</sub>=103.43±0.89g/e/h consumption  of crude fat P<sub>0:</sub>17.07±0.73g/h  P<sub>1</sub>:18.44±0.66g/e/h P<sub>2</sub>:18.89±0.88g/e/h P<sub>3</sub>=18.03 ±0.89g/e/h crude protein digestibility P<sub>0</sub>=71.27±2.38%   P<sub>1</sub>=75.51±11.78%  P<sub>2</sub>:78.00±14.86%  P<sub>3</sub>=77.29 ±2.15% digestibility of crude fat P<sub>0</sub>=30.26±8.53% P<sub>1</sub>=30.77± 8.69% P<sub>2</sub>=31.41 ±7.39% P<sub>3</sub>=32.88±2.07%. Statistical analysis showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05.
