Pengaruh Penggunaan Campuran Tepung Daun Kelordan Tepung Daun Katuk terhadap Kecernaan Bahan Kering dan Bahan Organik pada Ternak Babi Fase Grower

A study to the effect of a mixture of moringa leaf meal and katuk leaf meal on dry matter and organic matter digestibility in grower phase landrace pigs was carried out in Matani, East Penfui Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency. This study took place from February to April 2021. The experiment used a Randomized Block Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Each treatment tested was RO : 100% basal ration (control),R1 : 95% basal ration + 4% moringa leaf meal and 1% katuk leaf meal, R2 : 90% basal ration + 8% moringa leaf meal and 2% katuk leaf meal, R3 : 85% basal ration + 12% moringa leaf meal and 3% katuk leaf meal. Observations were made on the consumption and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. Data were analyzed using varience. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the consumption and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. It can be conclude that the use of a mixture of moringa leaf flour and katuk leaf flour to a level of 15% (12% moringa leaf meal and 3% katuk leaf meal) gave the same effect on the consumption and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter in the grower phase of pigs
Suatu penelitian dengan tujuan mempelajari pengaruh campuran tepung daun kelor dan tepung daun katuk terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pada ternak babi landrace fase grower telah dilaksanakan di Matani, Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian ini berlangsung sejak bulan Februari-April 2021. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Masing- masing perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah R0: 100% ransum basal (kontrol), R1: 95% ransum basal + 4% tepung daun kelor dan 1% tepung daun katuk, R2: 90% ransum basal + 8% tepung daun kelor dan 2% tepung daun katuk, R3: 85% ransum basal + 12% tepung daun kelor dan 3% tepung daun katuk. Variabel yang diukur adalah konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan campuran tepung daun kelor dan tepung daun katuk sampai level 15% ( 12% tepung daun kelor dan 3% tepung daun katuk ) memberikan pengaruh yang sama terhadap konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik babi fase grower.
