Adolescent health at this time really needs special attention because teenagers are the hope of the nation. Therefore, the intake of these teenagers must be considered seriously. Probiotic drinks are very good for improving health. This probiotic drink can be made from pineapple waste. The purpose of this PKM is to provide counseling about the manufacture of probiotic drinks made from pineapple waste (pineapple skin). The result of this activity is that students show an increase in skills and understand the importance of drinking herbal medicine for health. Conclusion: 1. Students can understand the benefits of probiotic drinks for health and 2. Students are skilled in managing these drinks.
