Dalam proses review, JPUNC melibatkan penulis, editor, editor bagian, dan reviewer. Dimana dalam proses review, JPUNC menerapkan model Double-Blind Review untuk menjaga kerahasiaan. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan diperiksa terlebih dahulu oleh editor. Jika artikel memenuhi fokus dan ruang lingkup serta pedoman penulisan JPUNC, maka dokumen dilanjutkan ke reviewer untuk meninjau isi dan kebaruan naskah. Jika tidak, naskah akan dikembalikan ke penulis. Minimal 2 reviewer  akan meninjau setiap dokumen selama kurang lebih 1-2 minggu dengan kriteria penilaian naskah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Form Penilaian Artikel untuk Reviewer. Artikel yang telah dikirimkan  membutuhkan waktu rata-rata sekitar 8 minggu untuk diterbitkan.

In the review process, JPUNC involves writers, editors, section editors, and reviewers. Where in the review process, JPUNC applies the Double-Blind Review model to maintain confidentiality. Every submitted manuscript is checked first by the editor. If the article meets the focus and scope and the JPUNC writing guidelines, then the document is continued to the reviewer to review the content and novelty of the manuscript. Otherwise, the manuscript will be returned to the author. A minimum of 2 reviewers will review each document for approximately 1-2 weeks with the criteria for assessing the manuscript as stated in the Article Assessment Form for Reviewers. Articles that have been submitted take an average of about 8 weeks to publish.
